 November 10, 2005 A show at the London Soho club The Borderline in England has been added to Billy's Fall European Tour, on December 1st. Details are on the Gigs page. Also on the bill is Billy's old friend, Ian McNabb! Billy's Fall 2005 European Tour: Sorry about the late notice, but starting NEXT WEEK (on November 16) Billy will be doing a series of solo shows in Italy and in the Netherlands. Details are on the Gigs page. As with his San Francisco shows earlier this year, Billy will be performing songs from Alive In The Spirit World and from his Connect Set, he'll present some unreleased material, and maybe do something from Crazy Horse, too. Reminder: This Thursday night (June 2) Billy will be playing CAFÉ DU NORD, and this Saturday afternoon (June 4) he'll be playing Amoeba Music. Details and links available on the Gigs page. Back when the Alive In The Spirit World online contest started, there were a few email problems. So we're extending the contest deadline to the end of April. We'll accept entries up to an hour before Billy joins the web chat in the Barn on Saturday, April 30th. Billy will personally draw the winners from the submitted contest entries, and will announce during the chat the names of the top two winning entries. If you haven't already, TRY YOUR LUCK Billy would like to chat with any BTB fans who care to drop by the "Barn" at the end of this month (on Saturday, April 30). That's in the new "chat room" here on the website. Billy will drop into the Barn at 3pm US Pacific Daylight time (that's 6pm EDT in the US, or 23:00 GMT, or 7am Sunday in Japan). Billy plans to hang out for about an hour. To join the chat (or just lurk), you'll need to register a nickname. Look for the "register" link on the Chat page. The Barn is available NOW, for anybody who wants to chat with each other about the Billy Talbot Band, about Billy's music, or whatever you feel like. Alive In The Spirit World is being released in Europe today by Diesel Music Records (a Cadiz Music label). So as of today, music stores and music sites in Europe should have (or be able to get) the album at a lower cost than the imported copies being sold previously.
